This will be used to support PTME launch teams through their engineering launch and FMA deliverables via coaching, training, deep dives, support tools and core engineering systems support and improvement actions. This individual may also be working with various global teams for powertrain launch related quality issues/concerns or as a part of the PAC (Prevent Action Closure) Process when issues are identified to ensure the correct root cause has been identified along with robust permanent preventative actions (PCA/PRA) and associated migrations, to protect current model and future model programs. At Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress. With our incredible plans for the future of mobility, we have a wide variety of opportunities for you to accelerate your career and help us define tomorrow’s transportation.
