The Process & Facilities Engineer is a motivated, detail-oriented mid-level Engineer working within the multidisciplinary team. In this role, you are responsible for applying principles of engineering to design, develop, and evaluate processes, products, and systems to ensure efficiency and safety. A strong technical background and ability to work independently are required. Process engineering experience in upstream, refining, or petrochemical operations, with a strong understanding of fundamental engineering, and operational practices. Knowledge of oil and gas facilities, design, operations, procedures, and practices. Takes initiative and is required to have strong teamwork, and communication (oral and written) skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as be proficient in the use of engineering software packages. Experience with development of Operating Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures Experience with process safety design, industry standards, and best practices. Knowledge of relevant codes/industry standards and best practices for process/design engineering The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders is also essential. Highly organized and able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
