About The Position

Reporting to the Manager, Plant Continuous Improvement, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit. You will manage Daily Management Systems, enhance equipment reliability, promote digital transformation, analyze Key Performance Indicators to prioritize improvements, develop employee capabilities, collaborate across functions, and assist with capital initiatives. All procedures and practices used are grounded in standards, regulations and laws addressing occupational safety (OSHA), building and electrical codes, and food safety and food quality (FDA) in addition to environmental safety (EPA) in accordance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own Daily Management Systems for the Business Unit, including creation and implementation of standards
  • Leverage technical knowledge of equipment functionality to improve reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Develop employee capabilities in systems, standards, and technical understanding
  • Foster a culture of technological transformation through the use and improvement of digital tools
  • Analyze data across Key Performance Indicators to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives
  • Lead small groups in structured problem‑solving activities
  • Manage small projects independently using tools within the Conagra Performance System
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other partners
  • Assist in identifying capital project initiatives for the Business Unit
