About The Position

The Process Excellence Manager at Microsoft plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational excellence by building and deploying innovative tools and methodologies that streamline workflows and drive efficiencies. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years of process management experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of process management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement and design.
• 2+ years of experience applying critical thinking to identify improvement opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications.
• 8+ years of process management experience for Bachelor's Degree holders or 6+ years for Master's Degree holders.

Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence throughout Microsoft Business Operations.
• Build and deploy core tools and methodologies of continuous improvement.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to achieve targeted results in cost, cycle time, and quality.
• Facilitate teams in defining improvement goals and support implementation of improvements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and address pain points to resolve challenges.
• Facilitate process improvement sustainment and assess performance data.
• Use data to identify opportunities and communicate results for future process improvements.
• Lead change management and end-to-end implementation of improvements for complex processes.
