We are seeking a proactive, systems-minded Process Excellence Manager to help optimize and evolve the way work flows across our marketing organization. This role is responsible for strengthening the health, consistency, and scalability of marketing processes by enabling cross-functional alignment, leading process governance, and driving continuous improvement. Marketing at U.S. Bank is at a point of exciting development and transformation, and this role will be a key ingredient. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, this role leads the day-to-day execution of process governance and improvement efforts, helping ensure that teams operate in alignment with shared frameworks, standards, and tools. This includes prioritizing and coordinating change requests, partnering with the Risk and MarTech teams, and supporting platform governance for Adobe Workfront. The ideal candidate brings a balance of structure and flexibility, helping teams adopt common standards while always finding ways to work smarter.
