About The Position
As the Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing process improvement initiatives across Comfort Medical. In this role, you will establish and maintain a structured approach to process governance, and work with business leaders to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, implement process changes, track and report on results. The Process Excellence Manager will support several business functions including, but not limited to, Intake and Reorders, Insurance Verification, Prior Authorizations, Order Validation, Billing, Returns, Collections, and Posting. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading process improvement initiatives, be well-versed in process improvement tools and methodologies, and have excellent project management skills. This individual will be a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while paying attention to the details needed to implement change effectively.
