About the position
Barton International is actively searching for a self-motivated and dedicated Process Equipment Operator to join our North Creek, NY operation full-time! We pay our Process Equipment Operators competitive pay of $20.00 - $21.40/hour depending upon shift assignment. Responsibilities
- Operate Ruby Mill equipment, including ball mills, spirals, and float circuits to aid in the separation process.
- Ensure garnet production is maximized through effective operation and minor maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach to meet and exceed world-class quality measures.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Track record of safe work performance with an understanding of safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of an industrial environment, including lifting, walking, climbing stairs, and frequently lifting 55lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
- Previous industrial experience is preferred.
- Willing and able to work up to 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

- Experience in operating industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of minor equipment maintenance.
