Requirements

2–3 years’ experience as a mechanical/millwright professional
Proficiency in industrial machinery assembly and alignment; blueprint literacy
Physical readiness: stand, bend, kneel, climb; work in tight or uncomfortable positions
Able to frequently lift, carry, and stage components up to 50 lbs
CNC tooling and CNC grinder familiarity
Mechanical troubleshooting and testing
OSHA 10‑hour certification
Machine safety inspections
Blueprint reading
