Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with JMT assembly or similar manufacturing environments
  • Ability to use measurement equipment during qualification runs
  • Strong attention to detail in process development
  • Proactive in identifying potential waste or quality issues

Responsibilities

  • Run IQ, OQ, PQ, and FQ protocols to qualify products
  • Conduct test method validations for new testers
  • Facilitate prototype runs and document production issues
  • Execute and document pilot builds to confirm readiness for production
  • Create work instructions for smooth production transitions
  • Confirm cycle times to validate engineering estimates
  • Train operators on new processes during production start-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Reduce manufacturing waste and process complexity
