About The Position

Responsibilities: Provide hands‑on, real‑time troubleshooting support for compression and injection molding processes to maintain safe, stable production. Monitor and adjust process parameters within approved limits to address quality issues, scrap, cycle time, and downtime. Support operators by responding to machine alarms, conducting first‑piece checks, and resolving part‑quality concerns. Perform basic inspections and checks on molding presses, auxiliary equipment, robotics, sensors, and material handling systems. Document process observations, adjustments, and troubleshooting activities to support traceability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production to identify root causes and escalate complex issues as needed. Participate in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen events, 5S, and data collection to improve process stability and efficiency. Qualifications: Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent manufacturing experience (5+ years preferred). Hands‑on experience in manufacturing environments, ideally supporting molding, machine operation, or process troubleshooting. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose equipment and process issues quickly and effectively. Working knowledge of process controls, basic quality inspection methods, and manufacturing KPIs (scrap, yield, downtime). Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); basic CAD knowledge (SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD) a plus. Ability to communicate clearly with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams and coach others on technical topics. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast‑paced production environment. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent manufacturing experience (5+ years preferred).
