About The Position
The Process Engr Team Lead (TL) embraces, motivates and drives Cyient's continuous improvement. It entails ensuring the team remains on track to achieve Performance Plus goals. The managerial responsibilities of the Cyient Team Lead include, but are not limited to executing SOW tasks, training and allocating Associates work loads, performing annual appraisals and approving time off requests, quoting SOWs including quality checks, tracking Budget and On-Time Delivery, turnbacks, and other quality metrics, approving overtime requests & daily Timesheet submissions, ensuring accurate and on-time submittal of team member timesheets, resolving and/or escalating issues related to e3 and work related issues, participating in internal and customer meetings and providing updates, and interviewing potential candidates. The technical aspects of the Process Engineering Team Lead include executing PE tasks for Production and MRO military and commercial jet engines. You will create assembly, test and ship work instructions.
