This role is part of the Engineering department and is focused on improving manufacturing performance through hands‑on analysis and problem solving. You will study cycle times, operator loading, and hand‑offs between operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production process. Through coaching and real‑world experience, you will gain direct exposure to measuring takt time, applying root‑cause investigation techniques, collecting and interpreting structured data, and developing effective reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, management, and key stakeholders to recommend practical, data‑driven improvements ranging from workflow adjustments to engineered solutions such as equipment or process modifications. These contributions will drive meaningful and measurable improvements within operations. Location: Onsite in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The schedule for this role will be Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
