Department Overview The Yield Team drives continuous improvement and process predictability through data-driven analysis .
Requirements
- Currently a student earning a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in data science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Industrial engineering or operations research.
- Proficiency in programming languages used for data analysis (Python or R) and strong SQL skills for data extraction.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a significant plus
- Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027

Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets related to manufacturing processes, quality control, and production yield.
- Develop and apply statistical models to identify trends, root causes of yield loss and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate data driven insights into actionable recommendations that lead to measurable yield increases and cost reductions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and automated reports using tools like PowerBI or internal systems to track KPIs related to yield throughput and efficiency
