Requirements

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor's in Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of PC business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • JMP, SQL and Python
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven and demonstrated teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Work with manufacturing engineering teams to improve processes, test processes for production equipment, data mine and use big data tools for multidimensional analysis of the manufacturing data to capture opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist engineers in research, root cause and solutions in manufacturing issues.
  • Participate in design reviews, root cause analysis and improvement projects with engineering team.
  • Create engineering drawings and bill of materials for manufacturing operations.
  • Document writing of process procedures.
  • Communicate with Executives, Managers, and co-workers in formal and informal settings.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and correct machine and process issues.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $36.00 - $39.00 per hour.
