About The Position

The internship position involves learning the kinematics of components of drawbenches and spoolers, as well as designing items to improve machinery for both efficiency and safety. Interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire process from raw material to finished product. Additionally, the intern will perform research and experiments to identify the root cause of production issues. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional internal team members, including engineers, technicians, and machine operators.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering field.
• Must be classified as a Junior or Senior with graduation expected to be December 2026 to May 2027.
• Live or commute to our facility in the Troy, Ohio area for the duration of the internship experience.
