About The Position
The Process Engineer Fall 2025 Co-Op position is located in Oxford, Mississippi, and is a temporary role for the Fall Co-Op term from August to December 2025. The role involves working under the direction of senior engineers and collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Ballistics Operations. The co-op will focus on identifying, evaluating, and implementing process improvements related to the production of small caliber ammunition, as well as supporting various operational teams in achieving Manufacturing Excellence goals through continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
