Manage engineering for qualification of customers, process control and continuous improvement for the Facility and sustain and improve all aspects of existing ion implant processes. Supervise process technicians and lead efforts including but not limited to the following: implementing process improvements; conducting experiments and executing gauge capabilities with direction from senior Process Engineering Member working with production as needed; interface with sales for achievement of a common goal. EHS liaison for the site and promote safety. Monitor the compliance and reporting to the appropriate agencies. Work directly with customers on new process development and any process related issues. Develop and maintain simulation models to support customer request and business growth. Focus on Process Development and Process-Related-Equipment-Enhancement Development. Sustain/Support Implantation production as necessary. Production improvements are planned for both the High Current Implant and Broad Range Implant areas.
