If you’re looking for a rewarding career, apply with us today! Eurofins PSS is seeking a BSL + scientist with hands‑on lab experience to support analytical testing. This role focuses on executing lab studies, preparing materials, analyzing data, and supporting process characterization for early- and late-stage programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years prior hands-on industry or research lab experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
  • Experience with ELNs and data tracking systems preferred.
  • Clean room or process characterization experience is a plus.
  • Flexible, detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing lab work with documentation tasks during downtime

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical assays and execute studies in lab and clean room environments.
  • Support process characterization, de-risking studies, and testing for engineering runs and PPQ.
  • Conduct recirculation studies, material compatibility tests, and sterile filter validation (e.g., Vmax).
  • Prepare, label, and manage large sample sets (500+).
  • Document work in electronic lab notebooks and support data tracking/analysis.
  • Adapt to shifting study plans and troubleshoot day-of-study challenges.
  • May be expected to work with Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) projects in Occupational Exposure Band 4 (OEB4) and/or OEB5, as well as other OEB4 materials
