About The Position

Mohawk is looking for a Process Engineer to provide support and assistance to the manufacturing operations in design and production. As a Process Engineer, you will help us meet and control quality and cost efficiency standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Process or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Five or more years of experience (as a Process Engineer preferred)
• Knowledge or experience in Six Sigma and Lean (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturing management to identify business needs and determine courses of action
• Develop, assess, and implement techniques used in production to maximize operations
• Lead or assist on complex projects within manufacturing operations, including providing updates and reporting on projects
• Work closely with production staff to assist in corrections of products
• Identify, define, and measure improvement opportunities for projects
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and reporting on systems output
