About The Position
As a Process Engineer at Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving process capabilities within our manufacturing environment. Your primary focus will be on utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies to enhance workflows and processes. You will be responsible for inputting and analyzing numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can lead to optimal process development. Additionally, you will review Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring systems and leverage technology to achieve operational goals. A significant aspect of your role will involve driving and championing a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. You will support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring that products and processes are adequately prepared for launch. Compliance with local, legal, and Freudenberg requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment will be paramount in your daily activities. Furthermore, you will contribute to the creation of training documents and deliver training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Mentoring Apprentices and Technicians will also be a key responsibility, as you work to increase individual and team understanding and capability in process engineering. Your expertise will be vital in fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that prioritizes customer needs and drives operational excellence.
