At our Cascades in Richmond, BC you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Process Engineer. The role involves defining and improving standard processes for managing centerlines (CL) and rapid changeovers (RCO), ensuring proper execution. You will work with production planners to optimize production schedules and grade changes, analyze data on quality and production variances, creating action plans to address issues, train and coach operators on best practices for CL and RCO, and support CI Pillar, Autonomous Asset Management Pillar, and Quality Pillar initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in quality and safety process refinement.
