The Process Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing food production and distribution processes to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable operations. While the primary focus will be on process design and improvement, this role also offers exposure to cross-functional projects, providing opportunities to contribute to broader operational initiatives and foster professional growth. Reporting to Strategic Operations, the Process Engineer will collaborate closely with Production, FSQA, Culinary, and Distribution teams to identify inefficiencies, standardize workflows, and support the rollout of improved processes, tools, and training across the business.
