We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to take charge of the CIS color process development. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the color foundry to develop and optimize the color filter (CF) and microlens (ML) processes for cutting-edge CMOS image sensor products. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance in the competitive semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will engage in various responsibilities, including working with the color foundry to develop and optimize processes for new products. This includes the development of phase detection auto-focus structure processes based on ML technology. The role will also involve performing process simulations and optimizations to enhance product yield and efficiency. Collaboration with production engineers will be essential for product yield improvement, and the candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive process documentation and operating instructions. In addition to these responsibilities, the Process Engineer will handle and manage the test line, ensuring that the pattern layout is monitored effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of semiconductor lithography processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world challenges in the development of image sensor technologies.
