About The Position
This person will be responsible for driving performance improvements, loss elimination, and sustainable productivity within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- MUST have BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial)
- MUST have at least 3+ recent years' experience in a food manufacturing plant
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Expertise in SPC and Lean/TPM methodologies
- Project management
- Excellent communication skills
