In this role, you’ll support our mission to democratize scent by helping translate our manufacturing goals into reliable processes, systems, and workflows that scale. You’ll work across equipment, systems, and plant operations to ensure our production environment runs smoothly, accurately, and consistently. You’ll play a key role in building the structure, consistency and continuous improvement mindset needed for a high-growth automated manufacturing environment. This position is 5 days onsite in Elizabeth, NJ .
