Develop and implement manufacturing and production processes Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions and routings Perform line balancing and process optimization using Lean Manufacturing principles Support quality systems, EH&S standards, and ergonomic requirements Utilize ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bills of Material, routings, and configuration follow-up Apply CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA) to support manufacturing processes Support process planning activities including ME, QRQC, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide general knowledge and oversight of welding processes and welding symbol interpretation Support lifting operations by proposing appropriate lifting methods and assisting with lifting plan preparation Analyze and resolve production issues using problem-solving tools (PDCA, 5-Why, Pareto, SPC) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
