About The Position

As Process Engineer of the Sparta, TN team, you will be involved in developing and implementing manufacturing process solutions to improve production equipment and operations. As well as supporting continuous improvement through research, design, and optimization of rotational molding processes to enhance product quality, delivery timelines, and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead new process design/development activities
Identify opportunities for current process design improvements and then make those improvements happen
Prepare design documentation for new processes and controls such as drawings, engineering specifications and process validation test reports.
Participate in the full development cycle, from requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, validation, documentation and on-going support.
Assembly and component design including, concept generation, 3D modeling, material selection, stress analysis, etc.
Develop project plans, coordinate activities and report on project status.
Work in multi-function/new product development teams, including program and product management, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management and production.
Interact with customers and suppliers and represent Dometic Corporation.
Assist in applications support and troubleshooting as required.
