About The Position

Seeking a Process Engineer to support our client in Greenville, SC. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating process/mechanical engineering and multi-disciplined team/design projects through all phases from planning to startup. The engineer will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing calculations and specifications related to Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) development, and demonstrating design experience in various mechanical systems, water and waste systems, and equipment design. Generating and reviewing the accuracy of design/evaluation calculations and specifications is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is required
Must have a working knowledge of federal (including Department of Energy Orders), state, and local codes and standards applicable to mechanical engineering design
Must have EPC experience
Must be able to complete a Process Engineer Skills and Experience Self-Assessment Form
Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and related phases of engineering
US Citizenship is required to perform this contract
