What You'll Be Doing Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance Analyze process data, identify variations, and implement sustainable solutions using sound engineering principles Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize production performance Support capital projects, process upgrades, and operational trials from concept through implementation Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence in daily activities

Requirements

  • Strong technical capability in process engineering, operations optimization, and data-driven problem solving
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated competency in continuous improvement methodologies and process control concepts
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and sustainable manufacturing practices
