Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
2+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biologics environment.
Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and US/EU regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with statistical methods for process analysis and validation.
Experience with advanced statistical software such as JMP for data analysis.
Knowledge of ISO cleanroom protocols and ability to work in controlled environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Continued Process Verification activities to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes.
Partner with Process Engineering teams on Tech Transfer, process optimization, and in-process controls.
Contribute to research and development initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Maintain strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and GMP regulations.
Communicate effectively across teams and document findings with precision.
Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
