About The Position

Process Engineer – Key Responsibilities 1. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Analyze existing manufacturing or operational processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and variability Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) Improve throughput, yield, quality, and cost performance Standardize processes to ensure repeatability and scalability 1. Process Design & Development Develop, document, and validate new processes for product launches or operational changes Create work instructions, SOPs, and process flow documentation Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure manufacturability and efficiency Support pilot runs, trials, and production ramp-ups 1. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring Establish KPIs and performance metrics for process health Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions 1. Quality & Compliance Ensure processes meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements Partner with Quality teams on audits, CAPA, and defect reduction Implement process controls to minimize variability and risk Support FMEA and risk mitigation planning 1. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Serve as technical resource for troubleshooting and escalations Train operators and supervisors on process changes Support cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives 1. Cost & Efficiency Management Identify opportunities for material savings, labor optimization, and cycle time reduction Support capital investment evaluations and ROI analysis Lead initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and downtime

Requirements

  • Analyze existing manufacturing or operational processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and variability
