Professional position that will support and lead process engineering projects that promote improvements on food production lines. Needs to be able to learn and understand how process steps affect the quality of food attributes and evaluate these attributes. Help support Basic American Food's path for continues improvement using lean principles and acting as a technical leader helping guide and coach. Support and justify improvements by collecting process data and performing statistical analysis of the data.
