Position Summary: Responsible for engineering process support and Continuous Improvement activities for efficiency, customer service, quality and costs.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least two years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations.
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.

  • Technical skills in drawing and specification interpretation.
  • Demonstrated computer skills with various software packages.
  • Demonstrated methodical problem-solving ability.

  • Proficiency in hands on manufacturing activity.

Responsibilities

  • Andon support and A3 problem solving.
  • Process design / CAD modeling.
  • Process improvements (CI).
  • Tooling/Fixture design skills/3D modeling.
  • Process optimization/efficiency/Cost Savings.
