Position Summary: Responsible for engineering process support and Continuous Improvement activities for efficiency, customer service, quality and costs.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
At least two years experience in a manufacturing environment.
This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations.
Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.

Technical skills in drawing and specification interpretation.

Andon support and A3 problem solving.
Process design / CAD modeling.
Process improvements (CI).
Tooling/Fixture design skills/3D modeling.
Process optimization/efficiency/Cost Savings.
