Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in engineering software and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate production flow, operator movement, and equipment layout
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies
• Lead and participate in Kaizen events
• Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and procurement
• Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-out projects
• Solve problems with urgency while ensuring HSE and quality compliance
• Use engineering tools and software to analyze data and prepare reports
