About The Position

A Process Engineering is responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes within an organization. The successful candidate will be part of a team of process engineers, ensuring collaboration across various departments, such as R D, production, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering.

Nice To Haves

• Blue, Green or Black belt.
• Experience in process simulation software, data analysis tools, and project management software.
• Experience with troubleshooting complex engineering problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes within an organization.
• Design and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Oversee projects from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Identify and resolve process-related issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure processes comply with industry standards and regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines.
• Mentor and train team members, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor process performance and implement improvements.
