About The Position
We are searching for an experienced Process Engineer at our Cincinnati, OH - Plant facility. The Process Engineer plays a key role in optimizing manufacturing operations through strategic analysis and planning. This position is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, eliminating waste, and implementing improvements that increase output and reduce costs. Working closely with cross-functional teams and spending time on the production floor, the Process Engineer evaluates workflows, equipment, and systems to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall operational performance.
