About The Position

The position involves conducting detailed process analysis to map and assess current-state workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for digitization and automation. The role requires designing future-state digital workflows that are optimized and user-centered, utilizing tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, or ServiceNow, while ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility. Additionally, the position supports change management activities by collaborating with the change management lead to engage stakeholders, contribute to training materials, and assist in user onboarding and adoption efforts. Collaboration with IT teams, business units, and end users is essential to validate requirements, test solutions, and ensure smooth implementation of redesigned workflows. The role also emphasizes ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement by validating that new workflows meet data governance, security, and accessibility standards, and contributing to post-implementation reviews to identify areas for refinement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business process management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with Lean Six-Sigma or similar methodologies
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power Automate, etc.)

Responsibilities
