About The Position

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement data-driven design improvements for enhanced process performance and reliability. Ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, technical reviews, and global collaboration. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in PVD process development, with a strong focus on advanced packaging applications. Proven track record in product development and process optimization. Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
