The Process Engineer is the data and analytics owner of the Packaging Production line. This individual works alongside our Line Leads and Packaging Technicians to provide analytical knowledge of the production lines, supporting standards to eliminate losses and promote volume attainment. The Process Engineer is also responsible for building the capability of our Packaging team to deliver overall line results that support the facility's goals. The Process Engineer will also ensure their team is accountable for understanding and following all standard IWS (Integrated Work Systems) processes and procedures through regular training and coaching.
