Our state-of-the-art investment casting facility in La Porte, Indiana is seeking a Process Engineer- Post Cast Process Owner to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that the Post Cast processes (e.g., mold knock-out, abrasive cutting, rough finishing, sand blasting, etc.) are performed in compliance with the methods, materials, and equipment specifications as detailed in the business unit process manual and/or plant-specific requirements in addition to any applicable customer requirements. The Process Owner is accountable for process improvement, control and standardization in the assigned area and works closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders. This role will also serve as surge capacity or as a backup for the other Process Owner disciplines (e.g., Wax, Monoshell, Casting, etc.), as needed. As such, cross training in each of these disciplines will be included.
