How You'll Make an Impact Lead the evaluation and installation of new manufacturing equipment. Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies. Collaborate with supply chain teams to assess supplier capabilities. Design scalable, high-quality manufacturing processes. Optimize layouts and workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies. Provide technical support to engineering and production teams. Manage contractors and vendors during equipment installation. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • 8+ years of experience in process, reliability, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and validation.
  • Experience leading CAPEX projects and managing external partners.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
