About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in process engineering within a continuous manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of product quality metrics and defect reduction methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with metrology systems and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical analysis software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced materials industries.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize continuous manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Identify and reduce defect rates through root cause analysis and process improvements.
  • Monitor and control critical process variables to ensure consistent product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support yield improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize metrology systems to gather and interpret data related to product defects.
  • Conduct statistical analysis using tools such as JMP and Minitab to identify trends and correlations.
  • Develop and implement process control strategies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Support new product introductions and process validation activities.
  • Document and present findings, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders.
