Position Purpose: The Senior Manager, Program Management of AI / Automation Enablement, is accountable for the end-to-end orchestration of high-impact AI solutions, acting as the critical bridge between process engineering and technology delivery. This role leads upfront business discovery and process engineering—deeply analyzing and redesigning legacy workflows to seamlessly embed AI capabilities, ensuring operational workflows are optimized rather than simply layering technology over friction. This role owns the full lifecycle from identifying business needs and shaping solution requirements through delivery, integration, and adoption. The Sr. Manager ensures that each initiative is prioritized, clearly defined, and delivered on accelerated timelines—while maintaining a strict focus on reliability and measurable ROI (such as unlocked capacity, improved efficiency, and accuracy). This role drives true operational leverage by acting as the primary process architect, program orchestrator, and change champion between business stakeholders and the Balanced Team (Data Science, UX, Product Management, and Engineering).

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Industrial Engineering Degree or other related Engineering Degree
• 3+ years experience practicing process improvement
• Experience practicing Agile or Kaizen ways of working
• Experience leading others
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, Power Apps, Visio), Google Cloud Platform (Big Query, Big Query Assistant), Tableau, Jira
• 3 + years of previous leadership experience
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Agile Ways of Working - Lead the team through Agile ways of working, including sprint planning, story sign-off, and demos
• Analytics - Guide the team to utilize analytics to provide insight, interpret results, or recommend decisions
• Collaboration - Partner with IT, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions to the field
• Design, Test, Iterate - Lead team to design, test, and iterate through solutions
• Development - Develop direct reports through weekly one-on-ones, quarterly development sessions, etc.
• Leading Project Teams - Lead project team of process engineers and business partners to complete process improvement projects through Gemba walks, process mapping, root cause analysis, benchmarking, etc.
• Presentations - Synthesize results and findings through PowerPoint and stakeholder presentations
• Road Mapping - Create quarterly and annual process improvement roadmaps by partnering with business teams
