About The Position

Our Product Engineering Intern will be part of the 3-month summer internship designed to help you build the knowledge, insight and expertise to get ahead of the competition and better prepare you for your career after graduation. You will work side by side with our talented, cross-functional teams on projects that matter. From day one, you'll be given hands-on, meaningful work and expected to make a difference! Requirements

• Completion of Junior year in an accredited college with a major in a STEM Field (Engineering Preferred but not Required).
• Passion for creating positive change and a desire to engage with the manufacturing team.
• Creative, data driven approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving the group's current operational challenges.
• Analyze available data to assist in decision making.
• Work cross functionally with other groups to organize and implement sustainable processes.
• Learn and leverage lean tools to solve challenging problems.
• Complete detailed tasks and project work as assigned.
