About The Position

This is an entry level position for professional work. Process Engineer Intern performs a variety of routine tasks, which provide experience in all aspects of wallboard manufacturing processes to include stucco production in the mill and wallboard production from raw materials to finished product. The position works closely with an experienced Production Manager and will receive specific tasks and assignments

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Safety oriented and focused.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Mill and Boardline processes.
• Assist production in troubleshooting and other process variances.
• Look for opportunities to minimize costs, improve safety, and streamline operation wherever possible.
• Perform basic functions of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Complete all project assignments within established schedule.
• Possess a good attitude and willingness to learn.
