About The Position

The Process Engineer Intern will provide support on ongoing studies and projects in the Industrialization department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• No previous experience required
• Should currently be enrolled in a degree program, associates or college.
• Basic problem solving when presented with a task or issue is expected
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Preferable programs include but are not limited to Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Materials Science, or similar fields.
• Preferred coursework experience in product development or process development

Responsibilities

• Support department projects through lab scale or scale-up process/product development studies, product and process validation.
• Assist in the analysis of process and product performance data to identify trends to predict potential failures and to aid in solving product and process problems
• Perform a variety of testing using analytical chemistry and/or microbiological methods and instruments.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
