The Process Engineer Intern role will work in collaboration with their team to analyze and resolve a variety of technical issues related to quality and manufacturing. They will help solve simple or medium-level production problems related to process, tools, methods, part specifications, engineering specifications, and process equipment.

Requirements

  • Current College Student in either a 2-year or 4-year program, preferable related to Engineering/Manufacturing, who have completed at least 1 year of their program.
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Operation of equipment, such as SMT, WAVE solder, selective solder wave, conformal coating, various table-top robots, potting machines, and inline automated washes
  • Programming and maintaining documentation for all printed circuit board assembly equipment
  • Troubleshooting assembly programs and equipment
  • Use of statistical process control techniques
