The position involves developing optimal process conditions using decoupled molding techniques for new product launches, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to molding processes, materials, or equipment to ensure smooth operations. The role also includes evaluating tooling for potential improvements in quality and efficiency, providing recommendations to optimize molding processes, setups, and overall manufacturing. Additionally, the candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret process data to enhance process capability and performance, maintain and update mold process sheets, train and support process technicians, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
