About The Position

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Process Engineer III. As a Process Engineer, you will support the investigation and implementation of process equipment automation design changes as a result of new customer first run at scale runs. You will own or influence changes driven through change controls and provide CAPEX project support for various initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with contractors, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget, and supporting manufacturing operations through technical knowledge and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process equipment and automation.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
  • Experience with CAPEX projects and funding requests.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with commissioning protocols and documentation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Support Investigation and Implementation of Process Equipment Automation Design Changes.
  • Own or Influence Changes driven through change controls.
  • Provide CAPEX Project Support for Buffer Valve Array Drain Hard Pipe.
  • Submit Lump Sum Funding Request.
  • Coordinate Install Outside Piping Contractor.
  • Refine Mechanical and Automation Scope.
  • Draft and Own Change Request.
  • Coordinate Mechanical Design with piping contractor.
  • Coordinate Automation Changes with Site Automation and Automation Contractor(s).
  • Maintain Scope Schedule & Budget.
  • Support EM Conflict Resolution.
  • Propose Mechanical Modifications as required.
  • Coordinate Install of new VRF Skid with Piping Contractor.
  • Support Commissioning of new skid.
  • Develop technical knowledge on manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Support resolution of major equipment breakdowns and quality issues.
  • Provide SME support to Manufacturing and other departments.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and technical analyses on manufacturing equipment.
  • Plan and execute plant projects involving equipment changes and process improvements.
  • Execute commissioning protocols with support and guidance from supervisor.
  • Review/revise Engineering and Manufacturing related SOP's and work instructions.
  • Complete engineering review/approval of batch records.
  • Initiate EDCRs for updates to Engineering documents.
  • Author commissioning protocols.
