Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5–10+ years manufacturing/process engineering experience
• Multi-site capital project leadership experience
• Strong Lean, root cause, and KPI expertise

• Deliver significant gains in OEE, scrap, and quality
• Evaluate and deploy advanced automation technologies
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as technical escalation point
• Support enterprise capital strategy
